SMI offer a range of promotional benefits to our partners:
• Increased awareness of publications - by organisations adding publications to Earthprint they are automatically marketing their publications to a database of over 10 000 customers. This means that their publication can be found by any of our customers. This service aims to provide an efficient research and purchasing service for customers interested in environmental and agricultural publications.
• Targeted marketing of publications – we keep customers up to date on the latest publications via our e-mail subscribers service, there are currently over 7000 customers on our database that we regularly e-mail information on publications. We can also pull out past sales information, which can be used for targeted campaigns.
• Access to distribution lists – SMI has access to a wide range of distribution lists, which can be used to market a specific publication. We can work with our partners to produce fliers and to conduct direct marketing campaigns using our lists.
• Associative marketing – customers who log in to find a specific publication can view publications by all of our partners. This means that our partners benefit by reaching a wider audience than they may have done otherwise. We also regularly attend the major book fairs where we promote our publications
