Customer service is key in this area and to ensure that we are supplying the best and most effective service we undertake an extensive programme of visits to all of our international partners throughout the year.

We have thoroughly researched our partner’s requirements and developed a bespoke computer system that best meets their individual needs. This enables us to research and process your orders quickly and efficiently. Our staff are trained to provide the highest standard of customer service, which naturally extends to order processing and dispatch. A choice of dispatch methods is available, including air, sea freight, post and courier.

We aim to ensure that all of our publications reach their destination in excellent condition, therefore we use the highest quality packaging designed to withstand the rigours of overseas transport.

SMI operates out of its warehouse in Stevenage, England, which is designed, with floor to ceiling racks, especially for the storage of books. The warehouse covers over 20,000 square feet and is comprehensively insured against damage to stock.
